Report a bug

Released versions of CuePoint report their own errors when they hit one, unless you turned that off in Settings → Privacy → Send error reports. You do not need to do anything for those.

To tell us more, use Help → Report a problem in the app. It sends your note with the app's version and the id of the last error report, which helps find it. If you cannot do that, or want a reply by email, fill in this form.

You can also open an issue on GitHub. The privacy policy says what happens to what you send.

Where the reply goes.

Open Settings › About & updates in the app. It looks like 1.0.0. A test build looks like 1.0.0-test.2.

On a Mac, Apple menu → About This Mac shows it. If you are not sure, say so in the description.
